Paul Ortiz was raised in New York City with an admiration for photography as a young man. Paul has traveled all over the world taking photographs of wildlife, landscapes and has begun a tremendous favor for product and fashion photography.
Paul had a career as a United States Marine and recently retired as a Colonel of Marines. Paul was also retired from being a Program Manager for all Marine Corps Radars, and later Command and Control Systems. His renewed interest in photography began with his attendance at the Art Institute of America. Having Master degrees in Business Management, International Strategic Studies and Computer Systems he has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts & Photography in 2018. Paul also is a Consultant and a Program Manager working with MCSC and DoD.
Paul utilizes both Canon and Nikon equipment and is looking forward toward using his extensive photographic talents in guiding photography enthusiasts, pursing commercial photography and documenting America in pictures.
Paul has been published on several occasions including Marine Corps Gazette Magazine, Shutterbug Photography Magazine in 2006 and 2008, and commeriocal posters sponsored by General Dynamics utilizing Paul’s photographs while he was serving in Iraq 2004.
